OOPS Panama S.A. was incorporated on the 5th of Jan 2005, pursuant to the laws of the Republic of Panama (October 2003) as stated in the company´s article of Incorporations No. 9467.
Its objective is to form a legal structure of combined resources, talents and skills with the common purpose of servicing all ships transiting the Panama Canal, ensuring these ships comply with Panamanian regulations of the PCSOPEP.
OOPS Panama also offers solutions/services for ships owners and charterers to prevent and control unwanted incidents during their journey through the Panama Canal
